Email, Facebook or Instagram – a strong password that protects any digital account. Google introduced a password checkup extension in Google Chrome in 2019 to prevent hackers from attacking users’ digital accounts. Now it has been improved to bring online password manager. As a result, a web page called Password Manager will appear whenever you visit the Google.Com site.
You will need to log in to one of your social media accounts with Google Chrome to check your digital account password. Chrome will notify you if your username is used to ‘Data Breach’ when logging in. These settings are turned on by default. If you want, you can check the password of each of your digital accounts with the help of Google Chrome. Chrome lets you know if any of your usernames and passwords have been used to ‘Data Breach’.
Google reports that Chrome first encrypts usernames and passwords to check passwords and usernames. It then monitors whether this credential has been used to break any data. Chrome notifies the user when it matches data.
Although all of these tasks are automatic, users can manually check how secure their saved passwords are. That’s why Google has introduced ‘Password Checkup Tool’ for its users.
How to check how secure your account password is-
